The German and Esperanto sentences have changed; I think the meaning is now something like:

Tom didn't even want to talk to Mary after she'd asked for his forgiveness.

I think this is the meaning of the Norwegian sentence as well.

Since there is already an English audio file, maybe the English sentence should be unlinked from the others.
