Mi ne certas, ĉar mi tradukis el la hispana, kaj efektive en la hispana ni plej kutime diras "al hospital" sen pensi nek pensigi pri specifa malsanulejo. Do, dubante, mi sekvis la konsilon forlasi la artikolon. Vidu rimarkon pri tio en Reta Vortaro:
