Pas de problème pour "une exportation", mais je préfère ne pas utiliser "matriochkas" justement parce que pour quelqu'un qui ne connait pas le sujet, ça ne dit rien.

Ne connaissant pas le mot matriochkas (une honte, je sais), j'aurais naturellement dit "poupée russe" (c'est même le titre d'un film français il me semble), mais c'est vrai que dans cette phrase, cela aurait été un peu caduque.

alors il faut utiliser « poupées gigognes », qui est l'adjectif générique, en français, pour les objets qui s'emboîtent
