ich finde seltsam dass nur eine Blüte ist vom Frost berührt, da ein Apfelbaum viele habt...

Die "Blüte" bezeichnet im Deutschen nicht nur eine einzelne Blüte, sondern auch "das Blühen" oder die "Blütezeit".
Somit bedeutet "Apfelblüte" auch die Zeit, in der die Apfelbäume blühen. Alles klar? ;))
