
I believe this sentence needs more tags. The word "cagada" is rude but English sentence is neutral.

IMHO it should be unlinked. The Spanish part can be roughly translated as "I'm already in the shit".
I have linked the Esperanto sentence because it is rude as well.

I would keep them linked. But, I am OK either way. Both sentences express the same idea, albeit I wouldn't use this sort of expression in a formal setting.
To better illustrate, the expression says literally: "Don't ask me for forgiveness. The shit has been taken." In other words, someone has already (figuratively) defecated; there is no way for them to take it back, so what has been done has been done.
