「英語を勉強しています」「英語の勉強をしています」はどんな場面でも使える無難な言い方でしょう。「している」は書き言葉だと思います。

日本語の「男言葉」「女言葉」は客観的に区分するのはとても難しいので、タグで表示するのは非常に抵抗があります。でも個人的な感覚というのはあるので、リストを作ることにしました。

「タメ口」の話し言葉の文末は日本語の中でも最高レベルに難しいので、一言で説明することはとてもできませんが、とりあえず「してる」は一つの正解ですよ。話し言葉では、文脈によって後にいろんなものがつくことがあります。主なものとして「よ」「ね」「よね」、それに「んだ」、これらを組み合わせた「んだよ」「んだね」「んだよね」があります。
