Although "asignatura" is a word in Spanish, "asignature" is not an English word. But I see what you were trying to do.
Try replacing "asignature" with "course" or "subject".

I've made similar mistakes many, many times. I remember learning quickly, for example, that Spanish for "fact" was not "facto", but "hecho"!

Anyway, hope this helps.
