En français, les noms de langues ne prennent pas de majuscules, on ne met français que lorsque l'on d'une personne (idem pour les Chinois, les Anglais, mais un livre en anglais etc.)

Je pense que « l'appel d'urgence » est un peu mieux que « le mot d'urgence » mais ça passe comme ça aussi.
