Mot à mot ce serait : "Me voici dans cet embouteillage", mais ça sonne bizarrement. Donc je pense que la traduction la plus juste est : "Me voici dans UN embouteillage".

Je trouve que "cet" n'est pas trop bizarre. Bon, toutes les phrases qui manquent de contexte peuvent toujours sembler bizarre, selon la lecture qu'on en fait...

Peut-être que ce serait plus clair si on rajoutait « maintenant, ... », mais il faudrait changer l'italienne...
