唔 should be pronounced [m4] here.

In fact, [ng4] looks like hypercorrection. :-??? (Now all [ng] became [m], so when people try to put [ng]s back, they put them in wrong places. I think it is the case.)

Yes, it would be strange, but the database is ultimately derived from Unihan, and it *does* list hypercorrect forms: e.g. 愛 [ngoi3] instead of etymologically correct [oi3]).

@NNC: I'm not sure if 呀 is the appropriate final particle to be used here. Below are some possible alternatives:

我唔識講法文㗎 (expressing correction of other people's misconception that you speak French)
我唔識講法文嘅 (a plain statement but shows a lack of confidence - this feels like something uttered after hesitating or uhm-ing for a long time)
我唔識講法文嗰喎 (expressing concern that not being able to speak French might cause problems)

The problem here is that none of these alternatives match the English sentence very well... so I suppose the best solution here would be to remove the final particle altogether.
