Oui, donc Muiriel a raison et les noms de nationalités prennent une majuscule, contrairement aux noms de langues...

Donc une coutume espagnole (adjectif)
l'espagnol (la langue)
Une Espagnole (la nationalité)
L'Espagne (le pays)
