In the Japanese reading, there's a space in あります (between あり and ます) ... but really it should all be together. How can one fix this?

At the moment, it can't be fixed, unfortunately. Readings are being generated automatically and the algorithm is not perfect (morphological analysis of Japanese is a tough task, you know).
