Hi kurisuteian.
The link CK provided has nothing to do with Tatoeba. It is his own parrallel project focused on English only with his own definition of what is an acceptable sentence or not.
Tatoeba is much freer than this yankee dictatorship.
Welcome!

If I read "YOU MIGHT FIND this page useful" I don't have the impression to live under a dictatorship.

But what CK is constantly doing is to try to redirect people to his own websites, with his own Tatoeba rules (why do we need 2 sets ?) that is focused almost entirely around English.
He does this because he is not happy with international COLLECTIVE rules and wants to impose his standards.
For instance, he decides, along his own PERSONAL moral, religious and cultural definitions, without any kind of debate with other contributors, what is "not for safe search" or "XXX" and what is not and he applies these tags on everybody'(s sentences. And he has organized filters based on these in his selection of sentences on his site. He is trying to impose an indirect filter on Tatoeba, luring people into his trap.
Not accepting collective rules and trying to impose your own standards and luring people to your site that enforces your own rules, not only constitutes duplicity towards Tatoeba, and deception toward the newcomers who don't know whether CK represents some kind of authority here, but is also a kind of attempt to establish a dictatorship - ie a realm under ONE person's rules.
CK has been consistently attempting to bypass or extend Tatoeba's rules and principles because he doesn't like them.
