"Heladera" significa dos cosas en español: en algunos países de América, es una nevera, y en España se usa como máquina para hacer helados. Ambos significados son válidos, pero en mi opinión, debería aclararse entre paréntesis si la palabra se usa en determinada zona hispanohablante, para que todo extranjero que vea dicha frase, sepa dónde se emplea.

La guía de inicio rápido de Tatoeba dice que no podemos usar anotaciónes entre paréntesis en las frases. En vez de eso tenemos que dejar comentarios o poner etiquetas.

"Spanish from Argentinia" - Is this tag really appropriate?
What if someone adds another translation (in what language ever) "Our ice cream machine is broken."

I don't see any problem. Any person from Spain can also add the tag "Spanish from Spain" so people would see that this expression can be used in several countries.

En Argentina la máquina de hacer helado se llama "heladora".
Creo que la tag Spanish from Spain no es correcta si allá se dice nevera.
