¿Qué te parece sin pronombre?
"Cada vez que lo veo, está en la cama."

Es que en alemán e inglés, el verbo no puede ir sin pronombre, es decir, el pronombre personal no falta nunca (es como si fuese parte del verbo), a diferencia del español. En español, el pronombre personal se utiliza para enfatizar el sujeto, no así en alemán ni en inglés.
