Here's how I would translate it, though I'm not 100% sure about what she means by 関心のない人　and 邪魔をする. I'm assuming that she's referring to those who are not interested in having furigana and who think it gets in the way.

"Because this site uses furigana and that takes up space, I worry that it could be quite a hindrance for those who are not interested in using furigana."
