No te preocupes, ¡está perfecto!
En portugués separamos el pronombre con una raya y la "r" se pierde:
amar + o = amá-lo (amarlo)
ter + o = tê-lo (tenerlo)
sentir + o = senti-lo (sentirlo)

No era eso lo que preguntaba, pero ha sido interesante.

Me referia a que la frase portugues no se si decia....

"Es difícil distinguirlo de su hermano."

O

"Es difícil distinguirte de tu hermano."

Creo que la traduccion inglesa es la segunda.

La frase en portugués puede significar ambas cosas. El pronombre "tú" ("tu") también existe en portugués, pero no se usa mucho (se usa más en el acusativo, como en "eu te amo"). Para decir "tú" en portugués, usamos más el pronombre "você" (al menos en Brasil), que se conjuga de la misma manera que el pronombre "ele". Es algo como el "usted" español, pero nosotros lo usamos mucho más y para referirnos a todas las personas.
