و عليكم السلام و رحمة الله و بركاته يا أخي من روسيا،

سؤال وجيه يا أخي، لكنّي أخشى أنّي لا أملك الإجابة عنه. أعتقد أن السبب هو "الجمال اللغوي"، فإضافة ضمير الهاء هنا يزيد الجملة جمالا، و الله أعلم.

لدي أيضا ملاحظة في ما يخص سؤالك: لماذا "قلته" و غير قلت؟ في هذه الموضع، علينا أن نستعمل "ليس" و نقول: لماذا "قلته" و ليس "قلت"؟

أنا رأيت جملة شيقاً في كتاب.
ها هي: هذا غير صحيح.
لماذا لم يكتبوا "ليس"؟

بإمكانك كتابة تلك الجملة بصيغتين:

هذا غير صحيح.

أو

هذا ليس صحيحا.

لكن، في هذه الحالة: "لماذا 'قلته' و ليس 'قلت'؟ أعتقد أن "ليس" هو الأصح.

أظن أن القاعدة واضحة غير(أو ليس :) موجودة وكل شيء يعتمد على السياق.
