This is an American English phrase which is spoken in Nebraska (a state in the Midwest region of the United States). It's used by people who want to swear without taking the Lord's name in vain. It sounds sweet and kind of cute to most people. The "swearing" version is "For Christ's sake!". Also spelled as "For crissake!"
