in particolare
o
quel particolare soggetto/quel particolare tema/quella particolare materia

> particolare?

I just commented because, the way we use the word "particular" in Italian is a bit peculiar:
"in particolare" means "specifically"
while the combination of the adjective and the noun, in this case, since we want to emphasize the word "particular", would sound better written this way:"quel particolare soggetto"

Ah! I also have to mention that the author of the sentence ended it with a full stop, rather than using a question mark.

corretto, grazie
