I don't think we should keep such non-sentences.
It's just collecting complete sentences (and that this is done by humans, not by robots) what makes Tatoeba different(almost unique) and popular. There are many thousands of websites out there who have lists of words and word groups, sometimes plus sentences in addition. If we would begin to do the same, Tatoeba wouldn't make sense any longer, it would become obsolete.

I'm of two minds on this one. Clearly it is not a wholly independent sentence as it is written currently, so it is perhaops outside the Tatoeba mandate. On the other hand, it can also be understood as the vestigial remnant — still in use, as @Scott points out, as the closing salutation of personal letters — from a more formal era when an English speaker would have written something like this: "I remain yours sincerely," or: "I remain, as ever, your loving friend." Such excessively formal salutations are no longer in use, but perhaps the "I remain" part can be taken as understood, just as the word "you" is understood in an imperative sentence.
