¿No se tendría que usar el subjuntivo después de una opinión subjetivo + que?

no, con el verbo "parecer" en afirmativo va el indicativo.

- Parece que le gusta el golf.
- Parece que no le gusta el golf.

Pero va el subjuntivo cuando está en negativo:

- No parece que le guste el golf.

Igual que ocurre con el verbo "creer" o "suponer"
