Duran, this sounds more like "there is a little danger of an earthquake". Something like "Deprem tehlikesi küçüktür." would be closer.

No, If it had been "danger of earthquake is little" you would have been right. Don't forget "there is".

Ok, but think about this example: "There is little to worry about", it means "don't worry"/"there is almost nothing to worry about". Now compare it to "There is a little to worry about.". it means "Worry"/"There is something to worry about" (even though it may not be big). So the two are quite different in meaning, and your Turkish is like the second one, whereas the meaning should be the first one... if I am making sense ;)
