"There are sharp snow-capped mountains" would be "Hay afiladas montañas coronadas de nieve" a different phase altogether.

Lo que quiere decir es que
"The sharp snow-capped mountains."
es el sujeto de una oración.

Al final no es más que un nombre, uno largo y decoroso.
Por favor forme frases completas.

In spanish "coronadas" is a verb so the sentence is grammatically correct.

zahurdias zahurdias October 7, 2012 October 7, 2012 at 1:29:31 AM UTC flag Report link Permalink

De action of the verb "coronar=crown" falls upon the subject "mountains"

zahurdias zahurdias October 7, 2012 October 7, 2012 at 1:35:12 AM UTC flag Report link Permalink

also in english snow-capped=capped with a covering of snow.

"coronadas" es un participio adjetivo, no un verbo.

los verbos no se declinan por género o número, en Español claro : )
