
This seems wrong to me. I should say, "Which pen do you see?"
Similarly, I should say, "Which pen can you see?" and not "What pen can you see?"
But I should say both "Which pens can you see?" and "What pens can you see?" The difference is in the answer expected. After "Which?" I should be surprised to hear, "None"; but not after "What."
