I'm not a native speaker so I may be wrong, but 「なさい」 and 「です」combination seems unnatural to me. What if rewrite the second sentence using plain politeness level?

I meant something like this:
あなたのことが大嫌いじゃないよ。

Oh, sorry, I've misread ^^ However, this sentence is a very known litote in French litterature, and that's why I try to conserve a formal language, like the original sentence.
