c'est une bonne question, mais en fait, c'est le - qui était de trop.

Il y a ellision devant une voyelle en français, donc

« Gardez-vous-en » devrait faire au singulier « Garde-toi-en »
Mais la succession « toi » « en », n'est pas possible en français car on évite une suite de 2 voyelles dans 2 mots différents.
On écrit donc « Garde-t'en »

Mais je comprends que ce soit compliqué pour des non-natifs...

Merci de l'explication, je comprends bien. Mon erreur était que j'avais pris le "t" comme "additif phonétique" comme par exemple dans "qu'y a-t-il" au lieu du pronom.
