Yet another bad English translation of a good Portuguese sentence. I've been seeing a lot of these, along with translations into several other languages that are at least suspect if not clearly wrong.

It appears that vernautjr does not yet clearly understand what we're trying to do here or how he can best pitch in and help us out.

@change "I want to be a teacher a lot." -> "I badly want to be a teacher." or "I really want to be a teacher." or "I want to be a teacher very much." or "I very much want to be a teacher."

Or, if you want to match the Portuguese sentence "Quero muito ser um bom professor" to which this is currently linked, the translation would be "I want to be a good teacher."

"I want to be a teacher a lot" confuses the listener because it suggests a meaning of "I want to be a teacher a lot of the time." I don't think that was what was intended.

"I really want to be a teacher" is definitely a better sentence. However, I think that "I really want to be a good teacher" is the best translation of "Quero muito ser um bom professor". I'm sorry I didn't offer that suggestion earlier.
