I don't think this sentence completely matches the Spanish... the Spanish simply says that the "author" just signs it, it says nothing about being considered the sole author.

I thought that's what the idea is behind being a "ghost writer". But since Spanish is not my first language, I'm going to release the sentence. Thanks Shishir.

Actually, a ghost writer (un negro) is exactly what you wrote, so I'd prefer that you keep it as it is and just unlink it from the Spanish sentence.
