Bonsoir.
En fait, les « efforts » ne « réussissent » pas. Ils sont fructueux ou pas. Ce sont ceux qui les font qui connaissent la réussite ou pas.
Je ne connais pas cet auteur mais si tant est qu’il soit de langue natale française, je me demande si cette formulation impropre n’est pas une retraduction..
