I don't exist to you.
Für dich gibt es mich nicht mehr.
Non esisto per te.
Non esisto per voi.
眼中にない。
I am dead to you.
In your eyes, I am already dead.
Je n'existe pas pour toi.
Something must be wrong here.

Is any of these sentences clear and good?

My guess is that the Italian ("Non esisto per te.") and the French ("Je n'existe pas pour toi.") are good enough and match.
The Japanese is not wrong but too vague in my opinion.

the sentences in italian match exactly the one in english
