That's not the issue. To be included on Tatoeba, a sentence must be released under a Creative Commons license, and this sentence has not been released under a compatible license. This is a repository of explicitly free sentences, not of quotes from copyrighted material. People use the sentences from Tatoeba in all manner of free software, assuming that the contributors are adding sentences that are also free.
