你很厲害，我的確是台灣人，不過這個詞不是方言，是華語圈共用的。
簡體字的寫法是"幺女"，你可以參考看看百度字典的詞條。

這個詞比較文言，你也可以直接說"最小的女兒長得特別漂亮" :)
