Neither do I. But at least I can assure you: This desease is less dangerous than it sounds. And from the linguistic point of view: "inflammation of the mucosae of the gastrointestinal tract" - this means: Both stomach and intestines are affected. It doesn't necessarily mean that the whole of them are inflammated.
