Hmm! La frazo estas ne facile komprenebla por mi.
Preferindas skribi la vorton, pri kiu temas la relativan frazon, tuj antaŭ tiun frazon (alie oni povus kompreni, ke vi bezonas gladilon por forigi la ĉemizon :-)
Mi proponas: "Sur mia ĉemizo estas ĝena ĉifaĵo, kiun ne sukcesas forigi per la gladilo." aŭ "Sur mia ĉemizo estas ĝena ĉifaĵo, kaj al mi mankas gladilo por forigi ĝin."
