À ma connaissance, en cuisine, on parle plutôt de « blanc de poulet » au lieu de « blanc de poule ».

De plus, je pense que « cuits » devrait être au singulier, car, même s’il se rapporte à deux éléments (le blanc et une autre viande), c’est soit l’un, soit l’autre.
