can I also say "la ttnadigh ghef atriku"?

Yes, of course, but it should be spelt (and read) this way:

La ttnadiɣ ɣef wetriku.

Why does "atriku" (in the free state) change into "wetriku" (construct state)? Because it is preceded by preposition "ɣef" (on, about).

La ttnadiɣ ɣef Tom.
La ttnadiɣ Tom.
I'm looking for Tom.

La ttadiɣ ɣef uxeddim.
I'm looking for a job.

La ttnadiɣ ɣef tsura-inu.
I'm looking for my keys.

La ttnadiɣ ɣef umeddakel-inu.
I'm looking for my friend.

Etc.
