I only know "sunburn" in the singular

According to a rapid internet search there is, but I would be happy to hear more opinions...

I would say "and now I'm sunburned all over".

I like it very much, but perhaps it can coexist with my version?
(i.e. to add a new separate sentence).

I don't actually think that a native speaker would say "I have sunburns all over me."
