Depending on the meaning of "good" in the context, this translation might not match.

”ちゃんとした”
Meaning: not dubious.

"これはちゃんとしたフランス語？"
possible other translations:
is this real french?
is this not pseudo french?
is this correct french?

"良いフランス語" is grammatically and potentially semantically not wrong. For this sentence, however, such words as "正しい"、”きちんとした”、"ちゃんとした" are used over "良い".
Presumably this is is because if "いい" is used before the noun, the meaning of this い adjective shifts from correctness to pleasantness or virtuousness.
e.g
今日はいい天気
いい仕事
良い人
良い感じ

準備良い？
結果は良い？
このフランス語は良い？


Well, this is totally irrelevant but the impression I had on "これは良いフランス語" was rather noteworthy. I wrote it myself and I was baffled by my own example sentence.
The sentence at first seemed like a rather weird question like below:
"Which of the two existing french languages known as good and evil, does this french belong to?"
Later it transformed into
"Is this french aesthetically pleasing"
Then finally
"Is this french good"

Absurd, of course, but nonetheless, the Japanese felt like it.
