The problem is that in the future, this is highly likely to be a wrong translation.
(Note that the yen-dollar rate was about 75 yen to a dollar just 2 years ago.)
One of of the purposes, perhaps the main purpose, of the Tatoeba Project is to create dependable material that developers can use in projects.
I'd suggest unlinking this from the Japanese (百万円の罰金だって?そんなの痛くもかゆくもないよ。) since now there is a correct English translation.
