Auf den ersten Blick liegt mir das quer, Tamy.
Man würde erwarten: "... und biegen dann links ab", dann wäre die Parallelfügung gewahrt. Oder umdrehen: "Zwei Häuserblöcke weiter fahren und dann links abbiegen". Will Dir nur meine Gedanken mitteilen. Guck mal, was Du meinst.

In der konkreten Situation mit rush hour und Ampeltaktung neige ich zum 'Pidgin-Deutsch', nach dem Motto: 'Hauptsache, es klappt!'. Stilistisch hast du natürlich recht! ☺
