
In case anyone was wondering the word 合体 is used in manga/anime for individual vehicles/robots forming up into one giant robot.
It's also slang for boinking.
So the Japanese sentence here is almost certainly an off-colour pun.

The English and French sentences do not mean anything...
So, I think that the translation of the Japanese sentence would more something like "We are worn out because we fucked all day long" (Nous sommes crevés parce que nous avons baisé toute la journée).

This could refer to a manga where the characters are merging. Although the manga Dragonball uses 融合 http://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E...BC%E3%83%AB%29

Ok, so I added what is on my opinion the most likely meaning of the Japanese sentence.
This way people will have the possibility to use Ockham's razor to decide between translations.
