The sentence seems to be grammatically correct but it doesn't make much sense without a larger context, and it's also ambiguous. The problem is in the phrase "without evil".
Does it mean:
1. something perfect and without evil
2. protect something without doing evil

If a sentence is totally unclear, it won't find translators into other languages.
