Interesa demando:
"estas pli bone, ke vi silentas" la parolanto donas faktan opinion.
"estas pli bone, ke vi silentu" la parolanto forte rekomendas silenti.
"estus pli bone, ke vi silentus" la parolanto parolas teorie.

En via opinio kiu el la tri pli ĝuste spegulas la hispanan?
Pro tio ke en la hispana oni aŭtomate uzas la subjunktivon post 'es mejor que'
mi komprenas ke oni emas traduki tion per la vola modo.
