
Does this proverb means something like: "No matter how hard it is, there is always a chance"? , maybe less about hard problems, but - "Just be patient and wait." I got these from the context from google, not so many good examples...
Can you provide some context where one would use such proverb?

I think it's used for encouring people who are down, perhaps due to something that happened in their lives. It just means "cheer up, things'll get better" in my opinion. There may be other uses, but this is the version that was taught to me.
It's a good reminder when things are looking bad (depression, failure, whatever it is) imo.

I see. I can't to recall some similar phrase in my language. We don't use sky, maybe sun. Thank you for helping.
