Full stop is missing at the end of the sentence.

I don't think it's wrong to use "etc." in a sentence as it's widely used in books and media, same as "i.e." and "e.g.".

Full stop is still missing, but this sentence looks weird to me with or without the full stop.

I've tagged it with @needs native check.

It's not a great sentence as it is. "Inform" is a transitive verb that really needs a direct object indicating a person. Better:

Please specify profit after taxes, amortisation, etc.
