Нет. Сочетание «ре» в белорусском невозможно, оно бы читалось [р’э]/[rʲe], а звука [р’]/[rʲ] нет. А если бы [р’]/[rʲ] был, то это слово выглядело бы *надворре (т.к. [Cʲj] → [Cʲː]; ср. варэнне).
