That's one of a number of sentences originally added in Tamazight language. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ce..._distribution) I confess some of them seem strange to me too. We could indeed double the number of our sentences if we negate them all. ☺ But not every negative sentences makes much sense. Or more precisely: not in every language. I was told that all these sentences are useful in order to demonstrate the different grammatical forms of words in Tamazight. But having accepted that we are not necessarily committed to translate all these (and similar) sentences, are we? Fortunately, there are so many sentences at our disposal. The choice is big. ☺

Yes, yes, I see all you are saying.
The sentence is something I personally in my position would never say. But I can think of several situations in which this would be the best expression to use.
But about whether or not it is an accurate translation, I really don't know. I know about a lot of different languages but am not really fluent in any but my own.
