I didn't leave the "do" out on accident, but neither did I leave it out intentionally. Duplicating the verb is not necessary to me, and this form puts more focus on the fact that "~we~" would. But I agree the translation is more canonical with "do", so I updated the three sentences to conform to external standards. But, I do defend the original.
