Annotation:
An "izakaya" is a Japanese-style drinking-eating place.
According to Wikipedia (based on http://www.bbc.com/news/magazine-26014925), it's a word that is in the Oxford English dictionary.
Many English speakers visiting Japan that I've met don't seem to know the word, though.
Some izakayas have "all you can drink" courses you can choose.
Management would be upset if you didn't also order food.
